Current Board Members

Angela Weaver - President

Angela Weaver, M.Ed., has worked in the disability field for more than 25 years. She earned her Master’s in Education, Special Needs Education, at Colorado State University.

Angela is the Project Coordinator for the Oregon Office on Disability and Health and has been with the office since 1998.  She works closely with her colleagues and multiple state and community partners to promote health and wellness, inclusion and independence for Oregonians with disabilities. Angela is a Commissioner with the Oregon Disability Commission, a Robert Wood Johnson Leadership Fellow, and a Master Trainer for the Healthy Lifestyles Program and a Master Trainer for the Living Well with Chronic Conditions Program.

Angela’s professional interests and activities include: health promotion for teens and adults with disabilities; transition issues for youth with disabilities; health care access for people with disabilities; and disability awareness and advocacy within public health.

Don Klover - Vice President

Two things convinced Don that he might qualify for and be able to contribute to Inclusion’s board of directors: active involvement in this community with his special needs son and years of business experience working with diverse teams on complex projects. He intends to combine that experience with what he can learn from the board and the organization to help improve the way the state support system works for everyone.

A Midwest boy through high school, Don moved to Portland some thirty-five years ago where he raised a family that included foster children and worked predominantly in the cable utility industry. Aside from the comforts derived from a large and extended family Don enjoys exploration through motorcycle touring, photography, and the great outdoors.

Sherri Osburn

Sherri has been receiving services from Inclusion Inc. since 2002 and has served as a valuable Board member from 2002 – 2006 and from 2011 – present. Sherri is currently the Vice Chair of the Oregon Council on Developmental Disabilities (OCDD) and she is beginning her second 4-year term. For the last 4 years, Sherri has also served as a member on the OCDD’s Policy committee, the Unemployment Committee and the Self-Advocate Caucus.

Sherri also has experience as a “Talk-in-Action” advocate, a Healthy Lifestyles Trainer and a Community Health Worker through various disability and health programs at Oregon Health & Science University. Sherri’s interests include walking in Susan G. Komen’s annual “Race for the Cure”, volunteering and gardening.
